Tamra Judge shares update on ‘sanded and revarnished’ face after plastic surgery: ‘The worst of it is over’

Tamra Judge shared a new plastic surgery update with her fans following her recent eyebrow lift.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star took to Instagram on Sunday to share a video and joke that her face had been “sanded and revarnished” — much like her recent home renovations in Big Bear Lake, CA.

“It does look like I have varnish on it,” the 57-year-old said in the video. “Chest is still a bit crusty but I have myself slathered in Aquaphor.”

The “Two Ts In A Pod” co-host then reassured her followers that “the worst of it is over,” despite the continued scabbing on her face and chest.

Judge, who first shared her post-op look on Aug. 31, compared her recovery to her home which was recently repainted, sanded, and revarnished.

“Second home, first choice for unwinding. Big Bear vibes and endless relaxation,” she captioned the clip also shared via TikTok.

Despite the reality TV personality’s efforts to show off her home, Judge couldn’t help but give her followers further details on her recovery following her plastic surgery.

“I’m healing well,” she shared. “I’m not going to put on any makeup on this face for at least another week.”

Soon after Judge shared the clip, many “RHOC” fans took to the comments to react and express concern over her look.

“Love the color and you look beautiful,” one admirer wrote, while another gushed, “Holy s–t the house look [sic] stunning! And the face is lookin awesome.”

Meanwhile, a separate follower noted, “I see nothing other than the Sharpie eyebrows.”

Further down, a follower urged others in the comments to “be honest” about Judge’s new look.

“So many on here being untruthful. She ain’t lookin’ right folks. Be honest,” they penned.

The mother of four revealed last month that she underwent cosmetic surgery for “a brow lift, CO2 laser, and a blue chemical peel.”

Judge was operated on by Dr. Donald Mowlds in Newport Beach, not far from where she lives in Orange County.

“Seven years ago, I had a lower facelift but skipped the upper—like painting the house but forgetting the trim,” she captioned a video on Aug. 31. “Stay tuned for updates!”

Although some of her fans have expressed their disapproval of her recent surgery, Judge revealed that her mother, Sandy Baker, has also slammed her for the decision.

“Your face literally makes me want to throw up,” Baker’s text message to her daughter read in a Sept. 3 video shared by Judge.

Despite the brutal honesty, Judge didn’t seem phased by her mom’s text. “Keeping it [100 emoji] runs in the family,” she captioned the post, along with a laughing emoji.
