It looks like Tanga Loa is part of the Bloodline.
Tanga Loa made an appearance at the conclusion of the Randy Orton and Kevin Owens vs. Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga match. He ran in and broke up a pin by Orton, then helped Solo and Tama pick up the win.
Tanga Loa is the brother of Tama Tonga. Together, the pair won the IWGP Tag Team Championship 7 times as the Guerrillas of Destiny. Tanga Loa was also a 3-time NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champion in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
“Tanga Loa” is new to WWE, but he (Tevita Tu’amoeloa Fetaiakimoeata Fifita) has worked for the company before as Camacho. He worked for WWE between 2009-2014. He is best known as the enforcer of Hunico, but also worked as a solo talent in NXT. His last televised appearance was a loss to Adam Rose at NXT TakeOver 2014.
