Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce romance is laying the groundwork for a new Lifetime Christmas movie. On Friday (September 6), it was revealed that the new movie Christmas in the Spotlight will be part of the network’s 2024 It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday lineup. Starring Jessica Lord and Laith Wallschleger, the plot will draw a lot of parallels to Taylor‘s romance with the NFL star. Enter football star Drew (Wallschlegger). They meet backstage at a concert, and he “publicly declares he has a crush.” They start to date, and their “feelings grow stronger … but can it last in the limelight, especially when they both have such hectic schedules?” “With people questioning if their feelings for each other are real or just for show, the pressure mounts from the press, paparazzi, their fans and even their family,” the logline reads. “The pair has until the end of the holiday season to decide if they want to stay together, or let it go down in flames.” Of course, the parallels to Taylor and Travis‘ relationship are obvious.
