Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea will watch Euro 2024 with intrigue as they plot bids for international players in the summer transfer window.

All three Premier League clubs are keen to strengthen their squads before the 2024-25 season gets up and running in August.

The Gunners are hoping to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title again but will need extra firepower to close the gap to Pep Guardiola’s men.

United are set for a big squad rebuild under minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe – who has taken over football operations – while Chelsea will likely make a lot of changes too as new head coach Enzo Maresca looks to implement his philosophy.

But before the domestic action returns, there is the small matter of the European Football Championships, which get underway in Germany on June 14.

Which Euro 2024 players have been linked with a transfer to Arsenal?

Arsenal are at the head of the queue in the race to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko this summer, who is likely to play a major role for Slovenia.

In terms of defensive reinforcements, the Gunners are considering a move for Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi from Gareth Southgate’s England squad.

Arsenal have cooled their interest in a second Three Lions star – Brentford striker Ivan Toney – but will be keeping an eye on his performances too just in case.

Wolves star Pedro Neto is another player who has attracted interest from Arsenal and he will be featuring at Euro 2024 for Portugal.

Arsenal have also made an approach for Girona star Viktor Tsyhankov, who will be playing for Ukraine at this summer’s tournament.

Meanwhile, the north Londoners are in a three-way battle with Manchester United and Chelsea to bring in Everton and Belgium midfielder Amadou Onana.

Which Euro 2024 players have been linked with a transfer to Man Utd?

As mentioned, Manchester United will fight Arsenal and Chelsea for Belgian Amadou Onana but the club are also looking at a number of other players.

Top of the list is Netherlands superstar Jeremie Frimpong, one of the jewels in the crown as Bayer Leverkusen won the Bundesliga title in an Invincible season.

Everton and England defender Jarrad Branthwaite has been linked to United but it remains to be seen if he will make Gareth Southgate’s final 26-man squad.

United also want to sign Sporting Lisbon star Goncalo Inacio, who will be featuring at Euro 2024 for Portugal.

The Red Devils will battle Chelsea for the signature of Milos Kerkez, who plays for AFC Bournemouth and will be representing Hungary at this summer’s tournament.

Monaco midfielder Youssouf Fofana says he has spoken to his club about leaving this summer, amid interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, and he will be in France’s squad for Euro 2024.

Which Euro 2024 players have been linked with a transfer to Chelsea?

Chelsea’s new head coach Enzo Maresca wants a new striker, centre-back and goalkeeper, while the club will also look to bring in a new left-back.

England’s No.1 goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is thought to be a transfer target for Chelsea this summer, according to reports.

The Blues have also been linked to Spain international Nico Williams, who could be tasked with being the nation’s main creator at Euro 2024.

There are two players in Ukraine’s squad that Chelsea are keeping tabs on with Artem Dovbyk and Georgiy Sudakov attracting interest from the west Londoners.

While Arsenal are leading the race for Slovenian star Benjamin Sesko, the Blues are hoping to convince him that Stamford Bridge would be a better option.

Belgium international Amadou Onana is on Chelsea’s radar too as is Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkez.
