Tony Khan Would Prefer Not To Speak About CM Punk, Focused On ROH Supercard Of Honor

Tony Khan doesn’t want to comment on CM Punk’s recent comments about him.

Earlier this week, CM Punk was on the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. During the show, Punk spoke about his time in AEW, offering both positive and negative criticisms of the company. One remark saw Punk say Khan was a nice guy, but he was not a boss.

Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald asked Khan if he wanted to comment on Punk’s remarks during the ROH Supercard of Honor media call. Khan declined to comment, noting how there were plenty of other things they could discuss.

“I would prefer not to talk about that,” Khan said. “I would rather focus on the [match] card and Supercard of Honor, but thank you for asking. I do appreciate you asking. There’s plenty of interesting things we can talk about here.”
