Triple H Confirms WWE Money in the Bank 2024 Set Unprecedented Arena Gate Record in Canada

WWE went all out for its latest Premium Live Event Money in the Bank and there were lots of reasons to be excited for the show. In fact, the event ended up breaking the record for the largest arena gate in Canada.

The Money in the Bank Premium Live Event took place at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on July 6th and there were a lot of things to keep fans engaged throughout the night.

This included CM Punk interfering in Drew McIntyre’s WWE World Title match after the latter cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase, John Cena confirming his retirement tour and more.

While speaking during the post-WWE Money in the Bank press conference, Triple H announced that WWE Money in the Bank 2024 set a record for the highest arena gate in Canada in WWE history. The event had an impressive attendance of 19,858 fans.

“We will have done over 45,000 tickets through the weekend. We had a record house of 19,858, which was a highest arena gate for WWE and Canada in history, so very good there. It looks like record viewers for Money in the Bank across platforms.”

WWE’s next Premium Live Event is SummerSlam and that will be taking place in August. Therefore, fans are undoubtedly excited to see whether The Biggest Party in the Summer will be able to surpass all expectations as well.
