Triple H says WWE is still working through the details when asked about how long WWE RAW will be when the show moves to Netflix.

WWE RAW will premiere on Netflix on January 6, 2025. Starting on October 7, RAW will be a two-hour show for the rest of 2024, whereas it had been three hours. The program’s length on Netflix has been buzzed about in recent weeks.

Speaking at the WWE Bad Blood Post-Show Press Conference, Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture asked Triple H to comment on what the duration of RAW on Netflix.

“When I find that out, I’ll let you know,” Triple H said. “We’re just in this moment where RAW goes down to two hours, what does that do for us? It’s an hour less of a show. We found ourselves over time of being in this wild spot…if you would have asked me a few years ago, three hours was just…the difference between two and three is just night and day.

“I can’t even express to you how much different that is. Now, we’re at this place where we’re doing three-hour shows. Al of a sudden, it’s gonna drop to two, and I’m like, hm. It’s a different way of looking at it that makes me, it’s just different and it’s a little bit of stress because it’s less, but I think sometimes less is more. I think that’s going to be a really good thing. When we get to Netflix, we’re still working through all that.”

Triple H: We’re Focused On Writing The Best Stories

Triple H reiterated that fans would have to wait and see. He said that WWE would deal with it, regardless of the length. Triple H emphasized that they were focused on writing the best stories regardless.

“So I think, the truth is, you guys will have to watch and see. I’m gonna wait and see,” Triple H said. “But we’ll deal with it. No matter what the length of time is, it’s just about putting out the best product we can, telling the best possible stories we can. At the end of the day, this is what this is all about is telling stories. Sometimes, in our business, we get so caught up in two-hour, three-hour, one hour, the movie is the movie.

“When the movie’s over, it was either really good, or it was not good, or it was too long, too short. Whatever it is, we’re just making a movie every week, twice a week, three times a week, with more to come. So it’s kind of approach in that manner. Let’s write the best stories. Then we’ll try to figure out how to jam it in, whatever time slot we have available.”
