It looked as though Marcus Rashford had left his shooting boots at home throughout the majority of tonight’s FA Cup clash, but he’s just come up with an absolutely scintillating goal to level the quarter-final tie in extra time.
The scoreline was tied at 2-2 before the full-time whistle after goals from Scott McTominay, Alexis Mac Allister, Mohamed Salah and Antony in a blockbuster quarter-final contest between Manchester United and Liverpool.
Harvey Elliott restored the away side’s lead in the first half of the extra half-hour and now, with seven minutes of play remaining, Rashford latched on to the end a through-ball from McTominay and dispatched a low, powerful strike past Caoimhin Kelleher, lifting the roof of Old Trafford and sending the United faithful into hysterics.
ANOTHER TWIST TO THE TALE 🤯@ManUtd level the game again through @MarcusRashford! 😲
