Rasmus Hojlund scored a fourth goal in four consecutive Premier League matches this afternoon as Manchester United cruised to a 3-0 win over West Ham United.
The Dane celebrated his 21st birthday in style in front of over 70,000 adoring Reds at Old Trafford and played his part in sealing a much-needed three points and a clean sheet.
Alejandro Garnacho was at the double again as he scored two superb goals to round off the victory and take his league tally up to five for the season.
Post-match, the prolific duo were on media duties with Sky Sports and reacted to Sunday’s affairs in M16.
“A month ago, there was a lot of talk about us [Hojlund and Garnacho] not scoring enough goals, but we are young, I just turned 21, he’s still 19, we are getting better every day and you can see the connection is growing,” Hojlund explained.
Garnacho chimed in: “I’m very happy to have scored two goals. I’m having a lot of fun playing for this club, in this stadium and with the fans. We’re happy.”
