Vince McMahon has officially severed ties with both WWE and TKO amid a series of allegations and a pending lawsuit concerning allegations of abuse and forced sexual misconduct. In response to these developments, McMahon has chosen to step down from all of his positions within TKO.

An internal memo circulated by Nick Khan, a prominent figure in the industry, confirmed this significant change.

Khan’s memo stated, “I would like to inform you that Vince McMahon has submitted his resignation from his roles as the Executive Chairman of TKO and as a member of the TKO Board of Directors. Consequently, he will no longer be involved with TKO Group Holdings or WWE.”

The WWE organization refrained from offering any further remarks on the situation.
