They’re back? While it might not be the biggest or most popular wrestling promotion in the world, TNA Wrestling has been around for over twenty years now. The company has a long history and has seen several wrestlers come and go over the years. Like any other promotion, it can be a big deal when a former top star makes a return after a long absence. That was the case twice this weekend.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

TNA Wrestling held its annual Rebellion pay per view event over the weekend, with two former World Champions returning during the event. First, Sami Callihan made his return during the Knockouts Title match, helping Jordynne Grace deal with the Good Hands. Callihan last wrestled for the company in September 2023. Second, Broken Matt Hardy returned after the main event and attacked World Champion Moose. Hardy last wrestled for TNA Wrestling in 2017 and only left AEW earlier this week when his contract expired.

It was a big night. Check out the two returns, plus one more:

Opinion: This is going to depend on your taste in Callihan and Hardy, though Hardy definitely feels like more of a blast from the past than Callihan. They both have a history in the company but the question becomes where both of them go from here. The company has been trying its hand with some more nostalgia, though too much of that can certainly be a bad thing.

What do you think of the returns? Which will be the best? Let us know in the comments below.
