The Angels are back on the runway.

Victoria’s Secret is bringing back its beloved fashion show after a five-year hiatus (and plenty of controversy).

After trying out a “new version” of the televised special with 2023’s “Victoria’s Secret: The Tour,” the lingerie extravaganza is returning to its original format — but with some key updates.

Below, all the details on what to expect from this year’s VS Fashion Show — including which A-list models to expect on the runway, who’s performing and more.

How to watch

Fans can watch the show live on October 15 at 7 p.m. ET on Amazon Live and Prime Video, as well as across Victoria’s Secret’s YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels.

The red carpet pre-show, hosted by Olivia Culpo and TikToker Tefi Pessoa, kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The show will also be available to re-watch on YouTube following the initial livestream.

Which models will walk the runway?

Plenty of Victoria’s Secret OGs are back this year — including Tyra Banks, who’ll be strutting her stuff 19 years after her last appearance on the VS runway.

Gigi Hadid, Barbara Palvin, Adriana Lima, Ashley Graham, Jasmine Tookes, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Taylor Hill and more have also been announced as part of the supermodel cast.

Who is performing?

Set to take the stage as the main performer is Cher, with Tyla and K-pop star Lisa on the bill as well.

This marks the first time the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has had an all-female musical lineup; past performers include Harry Styles, Halsey, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, The Weeknd and more.

Tyla told the brand ahead of the show, “I’m performing alongside my friend Lisa and the legend Cher!! Like what the heck??!! Just us girls! I know it’s going to be such a special night for us and a night that ‘young Tyla’ would die for, so I’m really excited!”

Why the hiatus?

In 2019, Victoria’s Secret announced it was rethinking its annual network TV presentation, which had been broadcast on CBS and ABC for almost 20 years running.

The company was plagued with declining viewership and plenty of criticism about the lack of body and racial diversity on the runway. Former VS CEO Les Wexner’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein also hurt the company’s image.

After a number of models spoke out against the company, Victoria’s Secret overhauled its leadership team and hired a number of new models in 2020. They also tapped entertainers and activists including Priyanka Chopra and Megan Rapinoe to help usher in the new era.

The show, which ran for nearly 20 years, has featured performers like Taylor Swift and Fall Out Boy, pictured here in 2013. Getty Images for Victoria's Secret Adriana Lima in 2013. Getty Images for Victoria's Secret

What’s new and different this time around?

“We’ve read the comments and heard you,” Victoria’s Secret wrote on Instagram while announcing this year’s show.

“The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is BACK and will reflect who we are today, plus everything you know and love—the glamour, runway, wings, musical entertainment, and more! Stay tuned…it only gets more iconic from here.”

And on its website, the brand promises an “inclusive” show, writing, “Victoria’s Secret is focused on celebrating and supporting all women, and that won’t change anytime soon.”

Stay tuned to see how the iconic show’s evolved.
