CM Punk is going to be headlining the WWE Raw debut show on Netflix and fans might be interested to know more about his personal life! The 46-year-old wrestler, whose real name is Phillip Jack Brooks, signed up again with WWE in November 2023, but he previously wrestled for the organization over a decade ago. CM Punk originally made his WWE debut back in September 2005 and he initially retired from wrestling back in 2014. He said later that year, “I was sick and hurt and burnt out, and I walked. CM Punk has said that on the day of their wedding, WWE actually sent him termination papers. “The day of my wedding I got a FedEx in the mail. It was my termination papers. I was fired. I was fired, on my wedding day. I didn’t let it affect my day,” he said (via Sporting News). “I put that s— on the backburner because I don’t care about the money and I’m more focused on my new life, my wife.” AJ retired from wrestling in 2015, but CM Punk would love to see her return. “As a fan of hers, [I] would love to see it,” he said in 2024.
