As WWE and AEW wrap up another week of intense action, fans now have the live attendance numbers for both companies’ television shows to process. Unsurprisingly, the figures followed the expected trend once again.
WrestleTix has compiled this week’s attendance figures for WWE and AEW TV shows. Friday Night SmackDown recorded the highest ticket sales, while AEW Dynamite had the lowest.
Monday Night RAW on February 12th took place at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, where they sold 10,108 tickets. The February 14th AEW Dynamite was held at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, TX and secured an audience of 3,246.
The February 16th Friday Night SmackDown took place at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and sold 11,233 tickets, making it the biggest winner this week. There was no episode of AEW Collision this week, so Dynamite ended up being the biggest loser.
This week’s RAW featured quite a few Elimination Chamber qualifying bouts as we head towards the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event on February 24th. As for SmackDown, The Rock made his triumphant return on WWE television and aligned himself with The Bloodline.
Conversely, AEW Dynamite had a stacked card from top to bottom, featuring many solid matches including the likes of Jon Moxley vs. Dax Harwood. However, it is unsurprising that WWE has once again outperformed AEW in terms of live attendance figures.
