WWE held SummerSlam at Cleveland Browns Stadium, and fans quickly noticed a new addition to the ring. The biggest party of the summer had another sponsor featured on the canvas.

Previously, the company never sold pieces of their assets for promotional purposes. However, when Nick Khan took over his position, he made it clear that WWE was open for business. This included adding advertising to the ring, which was previously free from marketing.

Logan Paul’s Prime Hydration already had a huge bottle in the center of the ring for SummerSlam, along with a couple of turnbuckle pads. They were joined by WingStop for the SummerSlam event in Cleveland.

As seen in the photo below, WWE added WingStop logos to every turnbuckle. The piece of mat just under the turnbuckles, where Superstars often stand, now displays a logo from the popular chicken wing franchise.

We’ll have to see what else happens in the future regarding WWE adding more advertising to their events. They are making a significant amount of money with each advertisement, so it stands to reason that they will continue selling off pieces of the set for companies to display their logos whenever the money is right.

What’s your take on WWE adding another ad to the ring for SummerSlam? Does this add something to WWE that was missing before? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
