WWE NXT Great American Bash will air as a special episode of WWE NXT.
During the NXT Heatwave premium live event, WWE announced that NXT The Great American Bash will air on Tuesday, August 6. The show will air on SYFY, rather than USA Network, due to coverage of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
NXT brought back The Great American Bash in 2020, and it aired as a TV special. It also aired as a special episode of NXT in 2021 and 2022. NXT held The Great American Bash as a premium live event in 2023. In the main event, Carmelo Hayes beat Ilja Dragunov to retain the NXT Championship.
