It seems WWE is covering all of its bases when securing the use of big venues for premium live events.
Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics recently took to social media to reveal an obtained copy of the contract between WWE and the state of San Antonio regarding the 2023 Royal Rumble.
Within the contract, it’s stated that the Alamodome was unable to run any other wrestling event from 90 days before the Royal Rumble event and an additional 60 days after.

Although WWE filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General to prevent the release of this bidding contract, the company withdrew the lawsuit last month.
