They were at the 99.9 million subscribers count this week and it was just a matter of time before they crossed 100 million. That is exactly what happened today, as WWE’s YouTube channel now has 100 million subscribers, something that is unprecedented in the world of sports.

WWE’s digital strategy when it came to using social media to further aid storylines and their brand has also been revealed. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see how long it will take WWE to eventually reach 200 million subscribers, as that seems like the next big goal for them.
