Bianca Belair and Naomi will defend the gold on the January 28th episode of WWE NXT.
On the January 17th episode of WWE SmackDown, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Naomi defeated Nia Jax and Candice LeRae. After the match, the broadcast team announced that Belair and Naomi would defend the titles against Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson on the January 28th episode of WWE NXT, which will be held in Atlanta.
Legend and Jackson earned a title shot by defeating Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) on the January 14th episode of NXT. Jackson and Legend previously challenged Belair and Jade Cargill for the titles in a four-way match at WWE Crown Jewel. Naomi took Cargill’s place as Belair’s partner on the December 20th episode of WWE SmackDown.
