Despite a disappointing ninth place in the standings, Chelsea are having a fairly interesting season. With a young squad, Mauricio Pochettino has often failed in his first season on the Blues bench but certain choices are paying off. One of those choices was to give the keys to the London truck to Cole Palmer. Co-top scorer in the overseas championship with Erling Haaland, the slender attacking midfielder is a delight at Stamford Bridge.

And while Chelsea faces Arsenal this Tuesday in the league, London supporters are inevitably expecting a great performance from their jewel. Except that, as is common this season, unavailability comes to cast a damper on their hopes. Indeed, in its latest medical update, the English capital club announces that Palmer missed training, being ill. While his presence for the London derby is therefore put on hold, those of Malo Gusto and Ben Chilwell also seem compromised, due to slight injuries.
