Cody Rhodes sees huge things in the future for Dominik Mysterio.

Since turning on his father and joining the Judgement Day at Clash at the Castle 2022, Dominik has been one of the best characters in wrestling. His feud with Rey Mysterio brought him huge heat, and he remains one of the most hated heels in the WWE.

Meanwhile, his relationship with Rhea Ripley and storyline with Liv Morgan has shown his versatility. Adding with his constantly improving ring work, it seems clear that Dominik Mysterio has a huge future ahead of him.

Cody Rhodes agrees. He spoke with DDP on his DDP Yoga YouTube channel, where the pair discussed Dominik Mysterio. The American Nightmare claimed that he sees Dominik Mysterio being the same person as he was at WrestleMania 40.

Rhodes clarified to DDP that he could see Dominik achieving the same thing at WrestleMania 50, or some other time, but that he saw a bright future for the young star.

“[Dominik Mysterio] is clearly, and I know most people say terrible, negative things about Dom in his current locker room.” Cody Rhodes said. “But Dom is the guy who I just was at WrestleMania. Maybe it’s WrestleMania 50. Who knows when it is? But that’s somebody you’re going to watch grow up in front of you and is clearly delivering on the most important level.”

“Every fan and every wrestler can define “wrestler” different. You can define it by the best moves, work rate. You define it by most tickets sold, by promos. But really, the area he’s hitting, the human interest. The connection. The reaching over the barricade, across state lines, across country lines. All that. That’s, not me, what being a wrestler is.” Cody Rhodes added.
