Crystal Palace have confirmed that Roy Hodgson is 'stable' in hospital after he was taken ill at their training ground.
The Eagles boss was scheduled to speak to the media on Thursday afternoon however his media commitments were cancelled as a result of him being taken in to hospital.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Crystal Palace wrote: "Unfortunately, today’s press conference will no longer take place as scheduled as Roy Hodgson was taken ill during this morning’s training session."
Later on in the day, the Eagles issued another statement to say: "Following news that Roy Hodgson was taken ill during today’s training session, we can confirm that he is now stable and is currently undergoing tests in hospital.
"Everybody at the club sends their best wishes to Roy for a speedy recovery."
Hodgson's press conference was to preview Crystal Palace's next fixture against Everton which takes place on Monday night - exclusively live on talkSPORT.
Just five points separate them from the drop zone with Everton in 18th place, meaning Monday's match could be pivotal at Goodison Park.
However with uncertainty over Hodgson's future, it remains to be seen who will be in the dugout for that clash.
Hodgson is on the brink of the sack at Selhurst Park after a 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on Monday night.
