Mbappe's deal does include a one-year option for the 2024/25 campaign, however only the forward can trigger that clause.

The 25-year-old has been heavily pursued by Real Madrid who have been officially able to discuss pre-contract terms with the player since January 1st this year.

Since joining Paris Saint-Germain from Monaco in a deal worth £165.7million, Mbappe has become one of the world's top stars.
