Mason Greenwood is attracting interests from a number of clubs going into this summer’s transfer window but Getafe are not letting the winger go easily.

Greenwood has flourished for the Spanish outfit this season, scoring eight goals so far in his maiden La Liga campaign and earning the praise of his peers.

The 22-year-old is one of several players United could be looking to cash in on this summer to generate funds for incoming players but now, it has been reported that the Reds are already in talks with Getafe over another loan deal.

That’s according to The Athletic, who have revealed that the two clubs are in talks over another loan, with United open to considering another loan despite the focus remaining on a permanent sale.

Greenwood has one more year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford but United hold the option to extend that deal for an additional season. Another loan deal would, most likely, come with contingencies like an obligation to buy at the end of that campaign.

Jadon Sancho is another player that could leave the club this summer and he’s another star that could depart on another loan deal.

The winger is currently back at Borussia Dortmund for the second half of the season and it remains to be seen if United’s valuation is met this summer.

Antony, the former Ajax star, is far from secure in a summer that could be all about refreshing the squad, potentially leaving United short of wingers.
