A mass exodus of the current Manchester United squad is expected this summer, with several first-team stars set to fall victim to the INEOS revolution at Old Trafford.

Mason Greenwood, Jadon Sancho and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are among the players that are likely to be sold to generate funds for incoming transfers but other stars could also be sacrificed.

Christian Eriksen, who joined the Reds on a free transfer two years ago, is one of the players expected to be let go this summer as part of the widespread changes overseen by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

That’s according to Football Insider, who say that Eriksen is increasingly likely to leave the club this summer as he approaches the final 12 months of the contract he signed in 2022.

As per the report, United are keen on cashing in on Eriksen rather than letting him leave for nothing next year, with the club open to offers this summer.

There will be little resistance from United if an offer is presented, with the club said to be inclined to accept a relatively small offer.

Casemiro is another midfielder with an uncertain future at Old Trafford, with the former Real Madrid star’s performances this season leaving more to be desired.

Scott McTominay has been rumoured to be on the market for the last two years but Erik ten Hag seems to have found a role for the Scotland international.

The manager’s future is also far from certain, with the FA Cup final against Manchester City next week being the Dutchman’s only hope of wrapping the season up with some credit in the bank.
