‘Moobs’ – Rio Ferdinand brutally hits back at Piers Morgan

Manchester United suffered another disappointing result in the Premier League on Monday night. Arsenal fan Piers Morgan was quick to laugh at former defender Rio Ferdinand’s expense.

The former United defender, who won six Premier League titles during his time at Old Trafford, was quick to brutally hit back at Morgan as he called him “moobs”.

Monday night was another one to forget for Erik ten Hag’s side. Goals from Jean Philippe-Mateta and Tyrick Mitchell, as well as a Michael Olise brace condemning the Reds to their 13th league defeat of the season.

Ten Hag is fighting for his job after a dire second season in charge. Last night’s result was the last thing he needed.

United are now in eighth place, level on points with Chelsea in seventh and two points behind Newcastle in sixth.

The result on Monday night led to Morgan directing a post at Ferdinand. He wrote: “Hi mate, @rioferdy5 – you, OK? #Tears4Rio.”

Ferdinand replied: “Hey #moobs I’m behind the sofa.”

Sadly, Ferdinand has a thing for entertaining idiots like Morgan. A bit like Cristiano Ronaldo.
