The day after the draw for the first phase of the Europa League, the veil was lifted on the complete calendar this Saturday evening. For Lyon and Nice in particular.
Barely having decided on the identity of their opponents in the Europa League, Niçois and Lyonnais are already set on their upcoming continental programme. Due to the originality of the calendar, the two ambassadors of Ligue 1 will not start their journey on the same day.
OGC Nice will start on Wednesday, September 25, with the reception of Real Sociedad; OL will wait until Thursday, September 26, with a home start also against Olympiakos. The two clubs will finish this initial phase at home on January 30, against Bodo/Glimt and Ludogorets respectively.
