Lifting silverware with your club will always mean that little bit more when you’re a boyhood fan and a graduate of the academy.
Of course, that’s the case for the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Scott McTominay and Marcus Rashford today, the latter of which was reduced to tears after Andy Madley blew the full-time whistle at Wembley and Manchester United were crowned FA Cup champions.
The forward has been at United since he was seven years old, progressing from the youth ranks to the senior setup and playing an integral role under each manager since his promotion to the first team in 2016.
