David de Gea is still without a football club.
The 33-year-old Spaniard appears to be taking his time in choosing his next step. It has been almost a year since his final appearance for Manchester United, which came in a disappointing FA Cup final against Man City at Wembley.
United fans will always hold De Hea in a treasured place after his 12-years of service.
With United back at Wembley facing the same opponents this year, Erik ten Hag will be aiming for a better result than last time.
Since then there has been reports of interest from Saudi Arabia, but it doesn’t look like such a move would appeal to De Gea, who has also been linked with Real Betis in his homeland.
None of these have materialised and last season’s Premier League golden glove winner has been left without a club. De Gea is seen going through drills with several coaches while wearing an old United training top in a video posted to his Instagram story.

This may excite a few fans into thinking a return could be on the cards for De Gea this summer. That is extremely unlikely, especially with Andre Onana being one of few players off limited in the upcoming transfer window.
De Gea will want regular football if he ever returns.
Nobody wants to see the former Spain international ending his own career so early. He has more to give the game!
