We Think? WWE Seems To Confirm New WrestleMania 40 Match (It’s Not Entirely Clear)

So we’re in? We are less than a week away from WrestleMania 40 and that means it is time to get ready for the biggest show of the year. WWE has certainly done most of that as the two night card has mostly come together. That includes several matches being made official but there is still a bit more room. Now we might be having another match made, assuming you believe your backstage interviewers.

This week on SmackDown, Rey Mysterio challenged Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio to a tag team match against himself and Dragon Lee for WrestleMania. While the match was not officially announced during SmackDown, Rey and Lee were interviewed on the SmackDown Lowdown where it was implied the match was official. There is no word on which night the match will take place on, assuming that it does.

Opinion: I don’t think there is any surprise to the fact that the match seems official, though I’m sure the actual announcement will come soon enough. For now, we should be in for a big time showdown with the LWO and Escobar’s Legado del Fantasma as the two sides have been feuding for months. It should make a nice addition to the card, as a nice grudge match can go a long way.
